OUR FOUNDER

Jacy Whitaker is the founder of Miles-Whitaker Consulting & Coaching. Jacy is a trainer, consultant and a Transformational Leadership and Life coach. With over 15 years of experience, Jacy has proven success in a variety of HR disciplines in change driven and fast paced companies across verticals. Jacy is also highly experienced in leadership coaching and development. After earning a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Master of Business Administration & Human Resource Management from American Intercontinental University, she began her HR career with Lowe’s Companies. Jacy later applied her expertise at Bass Pro Shops, Federal Signal Corporation, and Command Alkon.

Jacy started Miles-Whitaker Consulting and Coaching out of a desire to assist clients with their HR needs without the headache and cost of adding headcount. Specialties include Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Project Management, Leadership Training, and Strategic Planning. Miles-Whitaker Consulting provides HR resources to start ups, and small to medium companies as well as Coaching to current and future leaders. Jacy specializes in in Transformational Life and Leadership coaching to help clients reach their full potential. Jacy currently sits on the board of Safe Surgeries Initiative as well as her local Girls Softball Association. Jacy is based in Birmingham, Alabama, and is committed to living authentically, and inspiring others to do the same.
